Top Tier will continue to work with wedding fayre organisers.

Terms & Condtions
Rates applicable to advertising published during the term of this Agreement shall be those in effect on the date of publication as set out in the then-current rate cards of The Publisher. Advertising will be billed at the rates applicable to the agreement(s) indicated on the front of the Confirmation Of Your Order document.
It is the customer's responsibility to either design their advertisement at a quality suitable for The Publisher's use. Or artwork can be set free of charge.
Please check your proof carefully. By signing off your proof, you are agreeing that all artwork is perfect and needs no changes. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT to thoroughly review all artwork and make sure copy and images used are correct. It is also the clients responsibility to ensure you have permission to use any images.
Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Cancellations made by a customer all cancellations from customers must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the Artwork Deadline. Cancellations after this date will be invoiced at the full amount. Advertising bookings made within 14 days of the Artwork Deadline cannot be cancelled.
Cancellations made by the Publisher the Publisher are entitled to cancel any advertising contract prior to 14 days of the Artwork Deadline of each Title. All customers entitled to a cancellation as defined above will receive a full 100% refund within 14 days of written receipt of the cancellation request.
Payment for each advertisement shall be due within 14 days of the Publication Date (invoice date) unless the customer has been granted and has received written confirmation of credit facilities. If payment is not made within 14 days of the Publication Date, then a 10% surcharge will be added. We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
Advice of errors or dissatisfaction must be given in writing within 7 working days of the On-Sale or Issue Date.
The Publisher shall not be liable for any loss to the customer arising from errors or delays in publication.
As you are probably aware as of the 25th May 2018 a new data protection law comes into place. All advertisers/brides to be information that we hold is private and confidential. This will never be given or sold to third parties. All information is stored on a secure document on our computer. You can request to see your information at anytime.
